DANVILLE - James "Jim" William Truskosky, 82, of Danville passed away at 10:39 a.m. Friday (April 12, 2024) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.He was born Oct. 27, 1941, in Danville, to Charles and Alma (Rose) Truskosky. He married Glenda Powell, with whom he had four children. Jim and Glenda later divorced but remained good friends until her passing.He is survived by his children, Teresa (Jeff Goodner) Bruso of Danville, Jamie (Brad) Jolley of Tilton, Jim (Buffy Wike) Truskosky of Monticello, Ga., and Sandra (Travis) Lathrop of Covington, Ind.; nine grandchildren, Tiffany, Tammy, Brandy, Brady, Caitlyn, Brianna, Tytus, Malachi and Logan; 10 great-grandchildren, Hayleigh, Makani, Malakai, Kaedyn, Daniel, Aubrey, Aubree, Dakota, Brantley and Wiley; two great-great-grandchildren, Kaysen and Kynleigh; two sisters, Vicky (Neil) Olsen and Chris Truskosky; his sister-in-law, Sharon Truskosky; many friends, nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly; and his beloved dog, Baby.In addition to G
